I bought a ps3 for metal gear whats next

I have waited to buy a ps3 until metal gear because I am a fanatic. Now I have played all the exclusive games for ps3 and the only one I even liked other than mgs4 was heavenly sword. I even rented a blu-ray movie to see what all the hype was about. so far hideo kojima is the only reason I can even see to own a ps3 & he waited this long to release mgs4. So can anyone tell me what else to look forward to other then God of War 3. because resistance, uncharted, lair & motor storm all sucked the big one. So what do I have to look forward to thats good

bigdaddy9202, patience is a virtue, or it will for you if you practice it. I agree with lil_zelda_dude, although you're entitled to your own opinion, saying Uncarted "sucked the big one" is almost like saying the original Star Wars: A New Hope from the '80 totally bomb. Uncharted is an instant classic on th PS3 and it's not like one of those gams like Bioshock that'll later release on any other system (you can't even get it on PC!). You like Heavenly Sword over Uncharted or even Resistance! OMG. Unbelievable. I for one rented a PS3 from Rent-a-Center months ago and played Lair, Uncharted, and Heavenly Sword only because my 360 was in service. When I got it back, I returned the PS3, but then went and bought one just last week and grabed MGS4 and Super Stardust. Honestly, I turned my 360 back on just once during the past week and that was to check out Inside Xbox (and nothing new is going on). I'm loving the PS3.

Just sit tight and wait for games like, SOCOM, Little Big Planet, and Killzone2. Even Resistance 2 will feed that appetite. Also in just a few weeks, try sinking your teeth into Siren.

And as for the Blu-Ray, you didn't comment on that, how'd you like those visuals and the fact that you can watch HD without clogging up your hard drive.

I'm not flaming you and trying to get banned but the PS3 is a next gen system that needs time to develop. 2008 is its year. Check out my post from 6/24 on my blog (link below)

I personally didnt think Uncharted was too great, the aiming mechanics and cover system was a pale imitation of Gears.

But I loved Resistance, it was face paced and fun as hell. I loved sniping in resistance, it was awesome.
