This was one of my most wanted games. Once they cut the single player, I could not care less about this game. I want to be engrossed in an epic story fighting epic ariel battles. Online chaos is not my cup of tea. I am really pissed that the devs did not fix the single player and cut it out all together. YOU SUCK INCOGNITO!!

i think it is going to be sweet, especially with 4p online on one console

its going to be a great game, and it wont be rated that high just because its online only and lemmings will be like not even AAA it sucksss.

most anticipated game of the year for mich. I hope put more players online, though :)

I liked this part:

I agree, I was really looking foward to this game as well, but being the single player gamer that I am, now I cannot enjoy it. It really sucks, as I think that this looks like one of the neatest war games that I have seen in awhile.

What I really find hilarious though, is that they are acting like they are being innovative by not including a single player campaign. Playing the role of a character throughout a storyline is what gaming is all about to me. In any game, the campaign or story is the heart and soul of the game itself, hell, it IS the game itself. But they chose to make it ONLY an online fragfest, so oh well.

Maybe the people who played the original want the SP, but I was never interested in this game until they said that they were going all out MP because vefore the game looked like crap and not any fun at all. All the animations, physics and graphics looked crap. But once they said they were doing MP they revamped it all and it looked so much better and more fun plus I love MP Online so that made me want it even more.

EDIT: Incognito said they have SP maps and missions made already from before they decided to go all out MP so who knows, maybe down the road they will release these for a price or something.

Yeah, hopefully they will, as I really love the looks of this game. If they released a version with single player later on down the road at some point, I would scoop it up in a heartbeat. We shall see I guess.

Hell, even UT3 is going to have a decent campaign this time around, as they finally realised that they needed to make a good campaign for the game because over 50% of the people who have bought Unreal NEVER went online, lol. That is an actual stat that made Epic decide that they needed to put in a good campaign to go along with the online content of this game. A very wise move if I do say so myself.

Im not sure about the game itself, but I need a headset. That is worth the price right there.vegetattack15

i just hope that they work out the kinks. like the whole thing with a well placed missle not taking out another warhawk but a couple sniper rounds can. but all in all this looks like a hella fun game. oh and btw playing people is much better than playing a computer, so im not fussed about loss of single playerski11buzz

Wait, so they don't differentiate between damage types? Like small arms can blow up a tank? That's no fun. I don't want to see sniper rifles become the everything killer. It makes the game shallow.
