I cant hear my music while playing MGS4

same thing happened to me. but it's a third-party game and it's up to the developers if they want you to be able to play in game music.

Try in-game music with resistance FoM or assassins creed or something like that. i think all first party games will have in-game music

im sure in the near future games will almost be expected to include that feature so that wont be much of a problem hopefully

Hopefully the next console from Sony will force developers to put in this feature, Microsoft did it with the 360 and I havent heared of a developer that didnt make a 360 game because they wouldnt put in this feature.ronnet

The only developer that didnt was the Guitar Hero guys, but thats for obvious reasons.I was pretty upset when i started tekken and tried to listen to my music to only find that stupid message come up. its really annoying. sony should make it mandatory to patch their games from now on like microsoft has, im starting to find this "big 2.40 update" to seem pretty useless now as i found that the custom soundtracks were the biggest part of the update.
