So yeah. I was in LA class today and dropped my PSP. It landed face-down. Now the screen is SCRATCHED!!!! I have a warranty at EBGames, but will they replace a scratched screen? I also have a broken pixel. If they wouldn't take it because of the scratched screen, would they take it because of the broken pixel perhaps?
U should be like my brother, he treats his psp like it was given to him by god himself. He buys all these protective gear and he never lets anybody plays with it when he's not around.
They won't let you exchange it for a dead pixel...there has to be at least 10 dead pixels I believe I read somewhere. Plus, you shouldn't have the thing at school anyways. Replace the faceplate,....live and learn.
