No I'm pretty sure you got every game there, but you had FF13 which isn't out yet so if you're also looking at games not out yet you need to add Resistance 2 .. UFC 2009 ..

cuz Army of Two sucks. btw you should try getting Resistance 2 when it comes out, it will have co-op online and i think offline.

Assassin's Creed, Uncharted(depends on how much you like it and if you think it's worth buying, I bought it tbh and i don't really regret it), and some others on your list, a good number of the ones you mentioned i would definitely recommend buying, but i would personally not buy too many sports games but thats me, you might be more of a sports fan than i am.
