I got $50 for Best Buy, what do I get?

Yeah I was thinking about Uncharted, but I heard you can beat it in around 2 days, and yes I know they have things kind of like acheivments in the game and you can collect all the treasure, but I am not into that sort of thing. I think I will either go with The Orange Box or UT3. I heard The Orange Box has framerate problems. Are they that bad?

Plus to the person who said Burnout Paradise, I'm sorry but I did not enjoy the demo and I am not a fan of racing games.

I could never get into DMC. I rented the first one and wasn't impressed at all. But yeah I'm looking for long term value, and quality gameplay.

Kind of like how I am still playing COD4.

I can understand if you can't play a single player game more than once, but here's what I did with Uncharted:

• It took me about 12 hours on hard, and I'm making my way through Crushing now, and it looks like its going to take at least 20 hours.
• After that, I plan on going back and finding all 61 treasures, and earning all 47 medals.
• Then, I'm going to enjoy the rewards (slow-motion, weapon choice, unlimited ammo, costumes, art galleries, making-of and tech-talk videos). It's so much fun when you get to choose your weapons - basically GTA style game-play ... I can't put the game down!
• I'm probably going to play the levels in reverse, and then backwards (there's a reward that flips the level, and one that gives you a mirror image of the level). That means there are four different ways to approach each level 1) normal, 2) mirror image, 3) flipped, and 4) mirror image + flipped. Each one feels different and gives you a new experience when you play the game.

Space these steps out a little to avoid overplaying the game (if overplaying Uncharted is possible :)), and this game should last you at least a good month or so.

If you don't buy it, find some way to play it. Rent it, and if you think it'll last you more than a week, buy it.

The real question is what shouldn't you buy?

If you have some games already, keep playing those and wait for a big release. Or at least you can preorder one ;)s-baller23

I already have GTA IV preordered, but the only problem is that I don't know the definent release date.

and I will 100% rent Uncharted, cuz I did love the demo (I'm just not 100% convinced about the purchase).

Trust me, it's worth the purchase, read my post above ^^^

Although, you do have to make your own choice :P

But I highly recommend it :D
