I just checked my PSN store and it was there. Seriously, damn I'm so happy. Check your stores if you're in GAP.

Well I messed with it last night and more today, it is great. More features are gonna be added in the coming months but it is stable. I can tell you that it is pretty fun just walking around talking to people. The minigames are great too. Can't really get into detail but I will tell you that this will really catch on once fully realized.
