I got my PS3!!

so I got my 60gb PS3 yesterday for $500 and so far I'm really happy with it. It looks beautiful and the graphics are great even that I have only a regular tv. You can feel that they would simply explode on HDTV but well I won't buy a new tv just for gaming. Maybe some time later. The only bad thing is that the system collects dust as hell and the controller feels a little bit cheap. Unfortunately I have to wait for my games (F1 or Cod, Resistance)to arrive until Monday so I'm stuck with playing demos over the weekend.
I'm not a sony fanboy since I got dreamcast and xbox before but I think that in the long run PS3 will do better than xbox360 and that's why I decided to buy it now. Except that, I pay just a $100 more for it than for the 360 so it was a good deal. I really don't care about the exclusives that everyone is crying about now. I want just to get the best game and that's all.

Not to be hating on Sony but most people would consider "The best game" to be Gears of War right now...and most people consider the future best game to be Halo 3.

BUT I support your decision to buy a PS3. I just think its kind of wierd reading that you bought a PS3 because of better games...

I know that the games look better on hdtv but I don't really need it now. Except that I might be moving abroad in some time so I don't want to spend money on a new tv. I don't really care about blu-ray right now too. I just want to have fun with playing games which also looks great on a regular tv.
When it comes to games, the ones that I really care about will be on both, the 360 and ps3(except F1). I used to play on 360 and I wasn't that much impressed that's why I decided to get ps3.
