You have wired connection don't you? Don't youu?????AaronHullLfcUnless your internet is faster than 50 M/bit a second that will make no difference on a network that has been setup correctly.
and I don't understand how some of you guys, that download off the PSN, takes hours for it to download. I bought a movie and I literally started streaming the movie within minutes. It was 10% downloaded by 2 minutes. Really strange. Moral of the story is don't be turned off by other forums/posts that trying to deter you from enjoying this new service because their connection is weak. 2nite I'm going to rent a movie for me and my family 2 enjoy.Adultgmr77
Was in SD or HD? I rented an HD movie and it took about 20min to get to 10%. Not complaining or anything:)
Where do you download/rent movies from...ps store??? I'm usually up to date on this kinda stuff but I must have missed something.junglist101
When you enter the store, there should be two buttons on the upper left hand side. One says Game and the other says Video. Click the video one. Took me a minute to notice it the 1st time

Thanks, i've been looking forward to this feature. Finally, access to more high-def movies. Through my cable I have on-demand and they don't have hardly any good hd movies.
[QUOTE="bam706"]Its great sony added this feature at e3, sony e3 was great.So_Young
if you live in the US then yes its great. If you live in Canada and anywhere else in the world, this is another deception.
I wouldn't really say deception. Isn't E3 mainly for the us anyways?
I think the E3 at least if for North America and here in Canada we are in NA so I dont know why we didnt get this,
At least they should mention it yesterday about this because many people who watch it is mad today.
So_Young
Yea I guess they should have mentioned something. But sony tends to not release information until just before something comes out. MAybe they didn't say anything since it wasn't ready for europe and canada yet. It's not really deception. Just witholding information.
[QUOTE="OlympicFlex101"]i know a friend of a friends who is still downloading a tv show, and he's telling me it only on 22 % since yesterdayPSP107
whats longer MLB Allstar game or movie downloading from PSN?
ROFL I hope downloading from the PSN is faster. That game last night went on forever!
tht aint fair it shuld have come out in Europe at the same time!!!AranJattTry living in Australia, we'll probably NEVER get it.
well i wouldn't recommend it if you have hteweast broadband your provider offers. however they say once you downlaod it, a min. later you can strea mit, so that seems cool. i wil test it before i make my own opinion on it.

It really depends on your connection, i've seen people on here whine about firmware updates taking ages to DL when i've got them in about 2mins.
I got a question about the service seeing as you've used it; do the movies support surround sound?
gekidami
i don't think so. I dl'd hellboy in hd and it was just stereo. Yeah, i was disappointed. Other than that, the video quality was pretty good and it was a pretty painless process, just like dling a trailer from the psn store, but longer obviously :)
