I'm ordering it anyways. Supposedly the story is pretty amazing, along with the visuals. The controls, while getting negative reviews, probly just take some getting used to, and anyone willing to put forth the time to do so will find a good game. i was interested in lair....but after such horrible reviews..4.5 gamespot 4.9 ign and 3.8/5 from gamepro...i can't even vouch for it anymore...they said this game was a complete mistake and i was looking forward 2 it 2..i feel the same will happen 2 heavenly sword

Hey I feel you. I bought it and I enjoy the game and the controls were pretty easy to me. Some friends tried it yesterday and they liked it as well while one of them didn't like the controls. It is all a matter of choice. Just like Shadow of the Colossis. I hated the controls to that but others loved it.
I got it on friday and Yea the controls are a little messy but I am having fun with it. The story is pretty well thought out imo. I am definitly having fun with it but I probally will sell it once I have played through because I dont see much replay value. Im hoping at least to get 75% back
Sorry to hear that you don't enjoy it. I am personally having a good time with it, and although I won't say it's excellent, I do find it to be a pretty good game. My advice to you is just be patient in your movements as the game does not require you do perform fast over done movements. Just relax and try to find a good rhythm and maybe things will turn around for you. Good luck.

i bought the game too and the game is..........so boring you just fly that's it :|gtyu
your wrong, you dont just fly, you fly and shoot fireballs, and fly down low and breath fire on enemies, and get up close in suspended air and fight enemey dragons with fighting combos, and then you take them down up close via context sensitvie moves that kick ass, then you bombard cities with bombs or enemey turrets that you shook with your claws and ripped of the towers. and then you weave in and out of spotlights as you approach their power lines, other than that.....yea you basically jsut fly :P (scarasm)
