I just got my PSP and ofcourse I want to go online with it.
I have Ratchet and Clank Size Matters, I got this because I thought it'd have a good balance of online play and single player. (this is my forst Playstation since the original PSOne.)
I also have ATV Offroad... the game that comes in the value pack. It's good but framerate issues and control tweaks would help it.

   My main questions are:
    1) I can't stay in a game online long enough to even begin a round of R&C or ATV, what's wrong with my connection? (any ideas, it works perfect with DS [Lite])
    2) What game has the biggest online community? (Syphon Filter, Socom, Metal Gear...)
    3) My last question is will I get used to the slow pixel refresh rate? (Or in other words the reason things look slightly blurry while running... it's not a blur effect.)

Any thing else you'd like to tell me about PSP is good too, I'm a big handheld gamer so I'm pysched I got it> Once I get over these few little obstacles I'm sure I'll love it.

Make sure your network is correct, your security is i right and the IP adress is on automatic, don't use proxy server and don't start browser when your setting up.

Socom firetem bravo 2 has the largest online community

The frame rate will seem normal over time.

i'll answer as much as i can 1) Check your router, make sure you're allowing your psp to connect 2) socom ftb2 has the BIGGEST community, roughly 15000 i believe, but syphon filter and mgs po all have sizable communities too 3) some games are just cursed with bad frame rate (GTA and ftb comes to mind)...you'll get used to it eventually

thanks i was looking into Fire Team Bravo, Metal Gear, and Syphon Filter. I don't get it though Fire Team Bravo just seems to have such a wonky aiming system that I can't really get into it.
Btw Ratchet and Clank's aiming system works great.
