I know, i only play the Fifa demo to take free kicks with Ronaldhino, it's just so unrealistic. and the tricks you can pull off, do you think you'll ever see that in real Football?

PES sucks The graphics remained me of the ps2 they don't even have a lot of teams and leagues. AND come on if your not going to put a lot of teams at least put their real uniforms.guerrero8

Your use of the word ''uniforms'' shows you up. Pes is the greatest gameplay wise and FIFA will always be second best.

I don't know how to record, unless filming with mobile phone and that would suck. The game doesn't look great on my SD tv I must admit, that kinda sucks.It doesn't look much better than the last PES I played on PS2 which is PES5. But then again, I must get HD asap of course.Also the new engine is no improvement IMO. I'm having difficulties adjusting to the new defence system. It's practically identical to the old system, with the difference that a well timed press on x could steal you the ball or intercept it in the old PES. Now x just applies pressure and there is really no other way of stealing the ball than waiting until the opponent plays it too hard or something. Very realistic, but doesn't work great for me. Can be just because I suck though. I'm gonna play some more and see ifI can adjust to it. Oh yeah, the computer also sucks more at selecting the right player to control at the right moment than it did with the last PES's. You can just press L1 to change players though, but you'll be doing that a lot. However having the computer controlled player apply pressure on the ball by pressing square does seem to work better.

About online, the manual tells there are divisions you progress trough once you win matches. So the dividion you play in refelcts your skill. One thing that sucks hard is that it states when you don;t go online for 6 days your division status is reset to 'no division' and you have to work your way up again. 6 days seems short imo.

Well I'll be playing some more now and see wether I can get the hang of the slightly changed controls.

so no probs on going online, and yeah 6 days is quite short, anyways i`m gonna play it every day so no probs there:P

Technically, "gridiron" is more of a reference to the playing field in American football, not the sport. But then again, Australians play a varation of Rugby that's called "Australian Rules Football", and no one jumps all over that lol
