yesterday my 60gb launch ps3 started flashing ared light and doing a hard shut down. i was told by many that my ps3 was gettin ready for the yellow light. i purchased a slim and then did the data tranfer and eveyting went great. all stuff transfered but i cant remember my psn password. called sony they said theres nothin they can do. because charter changed my email address 2 years ago and didnt tellme. now charter tells me theres nothin they can do even though they slightly altered my email address all charter did was drop the mi.net in my email addres. so now i lost all my trophys i also have no axcess to any of the arcade games i bought lost my friends list. i have over $100 in arcade and map packs now useless. in the end this all boils down to charter who changed my email without me even knowing till i called today all charter did was drop [mi] in email.
i lost everything on my ps3!
