I love Namco/Bandai

Soul Calibur and Tekken 6 are both officially coming out for the PSP this year. I think the PSP is going to have a breakout 2009 year. Any thoughts or comments

Yess!!! PSP is definately going to have a great year, possibly the greatest year. When we thought the PSP was going to die, there was still some light shining onto it. :D

Can't say I've ever enjoyed Tekken but I'm really looking forward to the portable soul caliber game. A definite buy for me.

is anyone else besides me worrying a little bit if both tekken 6 and soul calibur will use the same game engine and probably have very similar gameplay with just different character models and skills since both are made by the same devs namco/bandai? what if its the same game mechanics with different story obviously but just different pixelated characters, and just different moves.. would that be dissapointing?

This even makes me forgive Dragon Ball: Evolution: The Game. Namco Bandai finally got to its senses. I always wnated (and somewhat expected) a Soul Calibur game (I wanted an upgraded port of SC III) but Tekken 6 is just breathtaking. Now if only they could release a new Budokai game for PSP with budget price and many characters I'd consider them holy people. God bless PSP. 09 is gonna be a shiny year. Where are the PSP-haters now?
