Here's what happened. In order to buy anything from the PlaystationStore i had to get a credit card because that's the only payment method that the PlaystationStore in my country accepts. I filled in all the information and it kept telling me that some data was wrong. I read somewhere that you have to put all your data exactly how it is registred with your credit card. I tried several things, changing capital letters for example, and it kept telling me that some data was wrong. This happened until a time where it told me that i won't be able to make any transaction and that'll have to contact their thecnical support.

Tommorrow i'm going to the bank to get my exact data to avoid this again, but what does that last message mean? Is that some kind of safety lock that gets into action after we make several mistakes with our credit card data? Has anyone had this problem before?

Some help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you should contact tech support.  They'll be able to answer your question.

I haven't tried to buy anything from the store as of yet.

did you check the address you added to your PSN ID is the same pace as your billing address?

The place where the card is registerd?  I know a lot of companys check it against that now.

It's the same address but it's not written equally. There's one abreviation in one of them. Could that be the problem?
