I played God of War III yesterday

and i have to say the game is pretty freakin awesome. it runs super smooth and is hell of a gorefest.

it defiantly has a chance of being game of the year. Sad thing no chance of it being a graphics king i was disapointed in the graphics actually. The textures are pretty horid.

It did take a while to get use to harpy jummping though.

It isn't a gaming festival, so they were probably showcasing the best of what Sony has to offer, including older games.

lol, No I meant that the Quake tent might've been a part of the PAX event, but like I said, doubtful.

TC is telling the truth, because i was there myself with a friend ( thanks to my father being a pilot for jet blue) i can get free first class airline tickets to anywhere lol) and yea they had god of war 3 now ONE thing i kinda have to disagree with u TC the graphics isnt as bad as u stating it 'horid' but the way it looked it was pretty damn good, but i thought they can either do better OR (which i think this might be it) they havent polished it up yet, they still have about 7 or 8 months left. but yea the game is freakin awesome, and the part where he rips Helios's head was the best part of the demo, oh and that chimera? wasnt bad either he took his horn and rammed it in his eye lol or face. but overall the game looks like its in good shape they are def. delivering a great game to us, and i cant wait to see wat more they can do and how polish the game will be in few months from now.

but the game is very detailed VERY! there were like torches of some sort in the back ground where it was lighting up the area in the back, kratos is as detailed as ever. he looks better than god of war 1 and 2 combined. (of course with power of ps3 lol) but i do have ONE thing to say. i have a feeling and its not a bad thing, but i dont think the graphics will be a HUGE JUMP from now till release but they will fix alot of things, the reason why, is because the levels are BIG i mean bigger than the previous gow games and detailed and stuff. so they have to sacrafice alil bit of graphics which is fine, because its about story and gameplay isnt it? certain skills take time gettin used to be not hrs maybe in mins but again overall the game is shaping up to be well

I believe you. It was probably a tasty treat too. I remember a buddy of mine had a connection with an arcade maker and he got me Killer Instinct the arcade board like 4 months before its initial release date. Playing games before they come out has a great feeling to them.
