I really really need help (ps3 Online Account)

i had my ps3 online then i took it to another place then once i took it home i tryed to like hook up my online and it says This account cannot be used by playstation network or somthing so did i get banned?

how can i fix this

Try resetting you network settings? When you took it to the other house (I'm assuming) did you change anything on your PS3?
