I think i figured out what game is now exclusive that was not before

it might be unreal terminent 3 because on game trailers .com they have a trailer and it only says ps 3 and no sign of 360. im just guessing here. go check it out it looks awesome.

You do know that the single disk will install most part of the game into the pc.
