Easy, whats you're favorite genre? if you're into action RPGs then you should immediately get Demon's souls. But if you're a huge fan of the GoW series and itching to play the first two again, then I'm guessing you should go for the collection then.
I could really go for either right now. I'm a fan of RPG and Action/Adventure games. At the moment I have a driving game (NFS) and sports game (MLB and Madden) that i'm playing, so I can go with and RPG or action/adventure. I've never played the God Of War series before either..
