I think my hard disk has bit the dust in my PS3 everytime I would boot it up I would get this messege.

Cannot Start.
Cannot find the correct hard disk.

What would you guys say HDD bad? BTW does Sony cover this or do I have to go out and buy another HDD?

Only person that can help you is Sony themself...

Contact them by phone or email.

I'm not entirely sure what's wrong, but it may be because you might have turned off the system while it was accessing the HDD. Never turn off the system while the orange light on the front of the PS3 is flashing. This'll mess your HDD up.
