  1. Can PS3 play flash video ( FLV ) format?
  2. Can PS3 view many pictures different format? ( JPG,BMPGIF.....)
  3. Can I play VCD with my PS3?
  4. Can I play audio CD with PS3?
  5. How good PS3 graphics with standard TV ? ( I`m too poor to buy plasma & LCD TV )

4. Yes you can

5. It's good, just not great. It's noticeable but yeah it works, if you have a nice pc monitor (DVI HDCP supported) you might be able to use that via HDMI/DVI cable. I use a Dell 20" and it works great, got it to work at 720p xD

i dont have a ps3 but im sure it can view pictures jepg, it can play audio cd's, and it would look okay with just a standard tv.

2. You can view pics in JPG, not sure about others

5. good, but you're killing the system by not putting it on an HDTV.

nahhh he'ss not really killing the system without HDTV, if you have an SDTV but you got a Component AV plug in, its good enough, i use it and it looks wonderful.

Ive never played the ps3 on a sdtv. But I played my 360 on one, and when I upgraded to HD, the jump wasnt THAT big.

3. no (they said the ps2 cant becaue vcd is considered to have too poor quality to have a codec for ps2,ps3 system.

4. yes

5. very good, i have a 51 cm sd tv and its superb even better than 360, and i owned a 360 for a year before it broke then got ps3.

1) The PS3 web browser can handdle most video types, more will be avaliable with future updates. 2) All picuture Formats are supported to the best of my knowledge. Ive taken photos from 3 cameras and all have been able to be displayed on the PS3 3) No idea what that is, but the PS3 has 4 usb ports and most USB devices work fine 4) Yea you can play all Music CD, you can even use the interent to get CD and track names, you can then copy music from disc straight to the PS3 hrad-drive in next to no time. 5) Im the best to answer this question, i played on my PS3 on a 15" SDTV (thats a normal tv|) plugged it in and played and i was convinced it was next generation gaming, i loved it! However i recently brought a 23" HDTV and the difference is deffinately there. I do suggest a HDTV but a Normal TV will still make you love the PS3

If you load Linux on your ps3 then for sure VCD and any picture formats would be displayable.

Why so many questions? either like it or not. but if a PS3 can do everything somebody will start b*tching too..... so plz. it doesnt have to be able to do everything, as long as it has great games, fair?

1. It can only support Flash Player 8 so things like On the Spot cannot be viewed, but user movies can
