Hi guys,I've been working for a month I have more than enough moneyto buy a ps3,nothing at the moment caught my attention.It's the first thing on my list now,but is it worth the money.A quick note,it costs 600euros( 830dollars) but it comes with 2 games Resistance and motorstorm,2controllers.Now should I go to the store and get me one?Is it worth it?You be the judge :)
I never was a fan of bundle deals but this one is beter than most- you get two of the more popular Sony exclusive games and an extra controller (which you likely would have been buying anyway) in one package. Overall I think it is worth it.
Quick question- is the tv you plan to hook up to HD? if so you may want to add afew bucks for the correct cables. The PS3 only comes with the standard lo-def cables.

WIth Motorstorm & Resistance packed in, definitely get it. They're 2 of the better games on the system right now next to Ninja Gaiden Sigma. And with Warhawk & Lair hitting soon, it's a good time to be a PS3 owner.

That is the same package i got here in England on the release date and i have to say, it's great...even better if you can have it on the net as soon as you get it. do get it, it's great
for the normal price your getting 2 free games and an extra free controller- wish i waited and extra month, but i love my ps3 anyway... playing 'storm right now.
Definately get one but I would say look online for any retailers that only do online sales. Here in the UK we have play.com and they have a few good packages of late that might suit you, at a better price too so shop around.

Yes, go now. Those two games are very worthy of your time. Resistance is HIGHLY underatted Imo ad Motorstorm is the best off road racer I have ever played. Also consider Rainbow Six Vegas, Oblivion, FNR3 and VF 5. Plus remember all of the great BluRay movies that await you and the downloads on the FREE PSN!!! The PS3 is going to hit its stride this year and not look back!!!
if you're interested in the multimedia capabilities, you have to try a Blu-ray movie (some shops do promotions as it's new such as 2 bought 1 offered ...), downloading game demos is nice, srfing on internet (if you don't have a computer), using your PC as a server (if you have a computer : can read media files on your PC and save them on the PS3) ... I'm still discovering things and each (big) update brings something new!
