Hi, i'm considering selling my xbox 360 and my wii + all my games, for a ps3. I just wanna know, would it be a mistake? I just wanna play all those ps3 exclusives, cause the xbox 360, is kinda done

Yeah it would be a good deal, Just make sure you get warranty on your ps3.

well no i dont think it's a good idea to sell your xbox(i dunno y u even got the wii in the first place,, so yeah go sell that one) but yeah buy a ps3 its great and actually does a lot more that x360 and exclusives are insane, Hey u can return it if you dont like it :)

Why not just save up for the PS3 over time so you could take advantage of all 3 consoles? :?

I would never sell a console to buy another. You will most likely regret it. You will also get pennies on the dollar for what they are worth.

Save your money to buy the PS3.

i think the 360 and the wii have its cool stuff, i would like to have those but if you feel that you are tired of those 2 and dont play it anymore, ill recommend give them a brake, do something else to see if you miss them. if not, sell them on ebay and get a 80gigs ps3 with MGS4, R2, LBP,Valk chornicles and save some money for Killzone2, SFIV, FF XIII versus, etc.

I would definately get rid of the wii and the xbox if you've had RROD a few times if not just get rid of the wii(that system is for young kids or old people).

The problem is, my wii is gathering dust, and ps3 exclusives are much much better than xbox exclusives.

I would sell the wii, wii games, wii accessories etc. Maybe you have a handheld system that you never play?

Even though that obviously won't add up to the price of a ps3, you can start saving from there.

If I was in your position I would keep the 360, sell the Wii and save up to buy the PS3.

Get a PS3 but keep all of your systems and games you have. this way you will never feel bad about it....... i know it's hard, cuz i been there myself.

Why should i keep my 360? The ps3 exclusives are better(LPB, R2, MGS4, KZ2 Ect.) Its the more powerful console, and all the xbox games are multiplatform

Save your money and then by a ps3 its a waste to trade in two consolse and all games even tho i do love the PS3 i think its a bad move with the trades.

lol, You know it's a bad idea to sell your Xbox when people on the PS3 boards are telling you not to.

I promise that if you do, you'll miss it and you'll only be doing it so that you can get the PS3 now instead of later.

I say you save your money, and with a bit of patience, you'll have all 3 consoles at your disposal.

If you have a good gaming PC, then by all means sell the 360 aswell. The PC is superior to the 360 in almost every way, in my opinion. But if not, you'll be missing out on some great exclusives like Halo, Gears of War and (my favourite of those) Mass Effect.

You're absolutely right! I don't need a wii as a hardcore gamer. i have already played all the good xbox exclusives, and since there aren't gonna be any good xbox exclusives later on, the xbox is dying.

If you really feel strong about selling your other cosoles to buy a PS3, then go for it! ...you can never go wrong with a playstation! other options will be to sell the Wii, keep the Xbox 360 and enjoy both exclusives from Sony and Microsoft.

Depends on your preference, do you really like any upcoming x360 exclusives? If not then go for it, but sell it personally not to Eb games or Gamespot or w.e, they will rip you off. GL HF lol

This. You are seriously getting 20 cents for every dollar about, maybe less. You can always play the exclusives later when you finally do get your ps3. I don't think the 360 is done, I mean about 90% of games go to both consoles.

keep the 360, sell the wii, and save up to get the ps3. Having a 360 and a ps3 is the way to go, it gives you access to all of the great games.

the xbox360 certainly isn't done until they release an xbox 720 or something like that but if you really want to I say go for it.

ever since i bought my ps3 i havn't touched my 360 thats all i can say. the ps3 just has so much more to go along with the games, i love being able to browse the net on my hd tv. plus none of the 360 games seem very appealing for some reason

id go with everyone coz id like to try Gears of war they say its a great game while in the shop i could have bought a 360 instead of a ps3 but ive never liked the 360 ....im a playstation fan so if u really want it bad sell them both but it would be great if u have 360 and ps3 ^_^

well i say save our money, thats what i did, so you can get the best of both worlds, though you can sell the wii though lol. they are both good consoles but i feel ps3 is infront for me. but that doesn't mean i don't play 360. however 2007 i sold the 360 to get more ps3 games, i didn't really regret it but i did miss a few things. however my grandad got me a 360 for christmas because he didn't know i have a 360 before. also alan wake FTW

well its obivious you want to sell the 360, so why are you keep going on about it. for the comment just sell your consoles for ps3 if that makes you happy.

sell your wii and if it comes down to the worst sell your xbox 360 but personally i would just sell all of them buy a ps3 then save up for a gaming pc

AHhh yes come on over to our side... trust me its alot better :) First game you should get is LBP.. man i got it 2 days ago and i cant stop playing.
