I really really want a PS3 but for only one reason. MGS4. Now i don't think 400 dollars is worth paying just for one game.Please give me some other reasons to buy one. and let me clarify i do not have an HDTV and i don't have online gaming capabilities so what I'm really looking for is some good exclusive games because i already have a 360.

I don't have an HDTV in my room which is where I play usually and I don't mind a bit. And actually, if you have the money, MGS4 is worth the system alone. Plus there will be many other great games coming out in the future such as Final Fantasy XIII and Versus.

Well, the fact that wal-mart will give you 100 dollar gift card with the purchase should be the icing on the cake. I bought one this week because I had been waiting for a good deal like this.

I just finished MGS4 and Yes, MGS4 is worth every single penny... But to get the maximum satisfaction , play MGS1 ,2 ,3 and make sure u have a TV of at least 1080i.... Then...U will be feeling what I am feeling Right now... TOTAL SATISFACTION... except for the game ending part... or u can wait till prices drop... IT is so WORTH the wait...

Another one of these "MGS 4 is the only game out threads" then don't buy one and leave it for people who will actually appreciate the system. How many times does everyone on this forum have to answer this question to people with limited tastes in games and so on. The only reason I am busting out all over you is because there are a good variety of games that are out and people still claim "there are no games". If this was a year ago I would agree, but the fact that the sysem has been out a year and a half and yet people still claim there is nothing on the system is quite horrible. There is a thread at the top of the page that says game recommendations try that. Every dang day it's the same crap, "why should I buy a PS3, "what are good games to get for ps3", "who is disapponted in the PS3" I could sit there and make threads up about 360 too and say "why should I buy a 360 when most of the cool games on it come out for PC with extra features" or "since a lot of the sequels to 360 exclusive games are now going multiplat is it still worth it" I wish people like you would stay out of the ps3 camp because we don't need you dragging our fun time down with your nay saying.
