Ok, if I preorder this game from gamestop are they gonna open it up and put their grubby hands all over it? I keep reading about people buying new games from them that are opened with fingerprints and crap. I don't like the idea of spending 85 bucks on the LE to have some idiot rummage through my stuff. I'm considering preordering it online, but I doubt I would get it by the weekend as it would ship on a thursday. The only reason why I'm gonna preorder from a store and not online is so I can play it that weekend some and not have to wait til the following week. Anyone know if they ever open preorders on the first day?

If you order it online and pick overnight shipping it usually gets delivered on the street date. My cousin worked for Gamestop and let their employees take games home for a couple days to play.

I thought they sold them as used games, that's crazy if the still sell the game as being new without the plastic wrap.

I don't know, they used to do that.

But I picked up GTA4 on launch day and it was wrapped. So I guess really new games are still plastic wrapped. Older and used games they open and store the CD and box separately I think.

They only open one copy for the display shelf.
