can a psp get a virus cause my friend said he got one but I think he's lying

FACT: You can not get a virus on the PSP.ootp2003
I dunno, a virus is simply a piece of code that someone has written that can exploit a feature of an Operating system or program, so it could be hidden as a jpg or avi file and actually be a nasty virus.
I agree with your fact in the sense that I haven't heard of any and no one I know has ever been affected, but if someone was determind enough it could be done I would have thought.

Ye its definetly is possible to create viruses for psp. Not many people are bothered though.LOL
That happened to me once, believe it or not,
As the psp connects as a USB mass storage device to a computer, I connected it to a friend's computer, then went back home, try to put in some music and the antivirus said virus detected LOL, my psp was infected with a virus that was on my friend's cpu, I just ran the antivirus and everything was fine. As there are no viruses that target psp system
