What would you want from each game (multiplayer-wide)? For me...

COD:

huge weapon collection
cla$s customization
Killcams
Menu navigation
Co-op modes (zombies, spec ops)
Playercard
huge amount of game modes

BF:

"teamwork" factor
fairness of sniper rifles and other guns

It would kind of suck, or at least the reasons listed at the top. The BF3 beta was great for rewarding the player for doing things rather than simply killing a few people in a row or even worse, getting killed x amount of times and getting a reward. They pretty much should stay different, especially since COD has a more arcade type feel (which is fun, but a lot different than BF3, which I don't think is overly COD inspired).

That doesn't need to nor should it ever happen. There is a reason they are two separate games already.

Impossible, Imagine EA and Activision fighting each other to have the most rights to the game. Then somehow magically Activision manages to take over the whole game and make it more like MW. Charges 30$ for maps cause they can. And then they will manage through loopholes to fire the head of EA, then EA breaks down and no more EA. Thats why they wouldn't do this.

I like the separation of CODs arena-style matches and BFs big scale tactical combat. Two kinds of multiplayer FPS, two great games.
