If I get Final fantasy 7 from PSN can I play it fullscreen?

Just wondering.

I've had problems on my monitor, thats just my experience though..

you can stretch the game to widescreen, but its stretched, it just looks wierd, alo you are stretching a ps1 game its not going to look good.
