Yeah, the only thing I thought looked poor was the finidh, but.... Was it even finished?? It looked like just plastic parts to me, so I'm sure they had not even applied any finishing touches yet. I'm sure it'll be super slick once we get a glimpse of the real deal.

no it still looks like a peice of crud idk wats wrong with a larger system atleast it doesnt have a huge power adapter(yes im talkin bout u M$) and their just gonna make the adapter external, and sell with a smaller HDD, idk why people dont get the original ps3
Does it matter what it looks like? As long as it work as good or better than the larger PS3s then it shouldn't. Most of us already have bought our PS3s so we have no real need for a slim one.

Man i dont know if my eyes need to be checked but , from the pics leaked, it seems very similar to the actual models, just slimer and the "PS3" insted of Playstation 3. If it was true for sure its not the final product....anyway i dont give a shhhh,. i dont look at the console while and playing games:P

They have matte so it would prevent from getting finger prints and scratches but they took away the linux support which i do not care about so i am going to get it day 1
I liked the look of it actually because i dont like the gloss finish because i move my ps3 from room to room and it collects dust easier , scratches show up and fingerprints show up. I prefer a finish like the 360s since its hassle free.
PS3 Slim should be as skinny as the PS3 and come in black or silver. To cut down its size, it should save files to a 4GB memory stick with no room for an internal harddrive. However, Sony should encourage the use of affordable external harddrives for downloading demoes and adding music, etc. Lastly, the PS3 Slim should bring back the Emotion engine. If these criteria were met, PS3 Slim could be produced cheaply and would sell like hotcakes.
I predict the PS3 Slims is going to be slightly bigger than the PS2. Maybe the size of a Wii. I don't know. I just can't imagine the PS3 being that small that soon.
