I love my PS3 and I always told myself I would never buy into another system, but I recently ran into some extra cash and I'm now starting to think about buying something new. If you had enough cash to buy another system would you? if so which one between the 360 or Wii? I'm not much into xbox but it seems they have some pretty good games (judging by most reviews here on Game Spot). The Wii is something I thought was gonna flop when it first came out but it turned out to be on top of the gaming market so that has to mean something good. I wouldn't mind getting one of the two. So would you just Keep the PS3 solo and add to your PS3 games and Blu-Ray Collection, or would you buy a new console between 360or Wii? Let me know guys.
i already have a Wii and i cant see myself buying a 360 just for Gears cuz none of the other games appeal to me so i would just add on to my PS3 collection
I must admit I have been tempted to buy the Wii especially for the game in my sig. I'll probably end up buying it but not until I buy myself a PS3 first which will be when MGS4 is released.
Wii. I played one alot. My one Nephew has one, but moved. Now my other nephew is getting one down the street. Its at my house. So my sis dont have to hide it. But I wont open it. Or at least Ill try not to :P Plus I want to play Galaxy.
i have all three systems and the PS3 and 360 are my favorites. My Wii just seems to collect dust, i have zelda: which i haven't played yet and im excited for super mario galaxy, but other than those two games theres not much to get me excited about that system. Virtual console is cool but id rather play new games. and the online is abysmal on that system. Some people are excited about Super smash bros and it'll probably be good but the gamecube version didnt really excite me too much either... i say get a 360: mass effect, halo 3, bioshock, fable 2... there are some good games out for it.
Yeah for some reason I'm strongly considering a Wii too. The only reason I can see an Xbox in my life is because they have games that suite me more, like more mature games. but then again the PS3 gives me that too, and the Wii is something completely different and looks fun. So yeah, so far I'm leaning towards the Wii.
You should buy another console. IMO the 360 is better than PS3 at the moment. I don't own a Wii. I've been trying to find one for the last month but they're sold out everywhere. What one you buy is up to you. Just look at what the 360 and Wii offer and decide what is best for you. I wasn't sure what to pick either in June this year when I decided to buy a new console. PS3 or Wii. I've had a 360 since launch 2005. I decided to buy a PS3 because Ninja Gaiden Sigma was about to come out. 5 months later and I only own 4 games for my PS3. I regret buying the PS3. I should've bought a Wii and got the PS3 later.

I'm very happy with my 360 and there are a ton of games out for it NOW...BUT the PS3 seems to have a slightly better looking line-up for 08.

Dude! You gotta get the MOST out of your PS3!! There are way more than four great games out there. Get some Blu-ray going on! Install linux! Go crazy!
I would get the Xbox360 just to play Gears of War, Halo 3, and Mass Effect. The jerks playing Gears can be a little annoying, but it is a very fun game.
Have a great PC and PS3 would think about the Wii for zelda and Super Mario galaxy.
Can't see buying any xbox anything. Anything decent will port to the PC and I don't have to put up with buying a system with a horrid failure rate. If they can't make stable hardware I am not buying it. And by the time they get it fixed they will be unveiling the next xbox.
But since the Wii is still so hard to get ahold of I think i am going to upgrade my PS3 HD and get more games for the PS3.
250gb HD $150 and external enclosure for old 60gb drive $30. beats paying $180 for 120gb from the other guys. And external 60gb is more than enough to trasport info to and from PC or friends house.
Besides my PS3 I would like to buy a Wii. I have a super PC which pretty much can take on all games. Speaking of which... aren't almost all X360 exclusives on the PC too?! If so, then why the f*** should I even consider buying an Xbox 360?
