If you could have any GTA character make a cameo in GTA IV who would it be?

Even though Rockstar said there would be no cameo's by previous GTA characters if you could have one from any character who would it be? They can be from any Rockstar game if you want.

Oh and please don't put someone from a completly different game.

Yeah GTA SA I didn't really like the first time.

Then I rebeat it a month ago and I think it is my favorite now.

CJ was one of the best characters in any video game.
