Although I want Ratchet and Clank more, I'd have to go with Demon's Souls Deluxe Edition. Odds are the Deluxe Edition will become impossible to find very soon after release, so I would want to secure it in my hands. I really want those extra goodies.
If we're just talking about the actual game though, Ratchet and Clank.
definitely uncharted 2... however, i have been getting more interested in Borderlands (not exclusive but looks good) lately. I haven't played the first uncharted yet. :(

umm i say ummm .... Fallout 3 GOTY comes out the 13th right? so ... if i could only have 1 in october.. i would take whatever one is released first and get the others on November 1st.. lol
Uncharted 2 as that is my most anticipated game of the year. I could live off playing the single player and then going online to play some addicting multiplayer for the rest of the year maybe until the next Uncharted. LOL.
Demon's Souls by far. I have been dying for a quality PS3 RPG and this one looks like it's going to be awesome. 2nd would be Ratchet & Clank, followed by Uncharted 2. I haven't played the 1st Uncharted yet, but I'm starting it today to have it done by the 13th so Uncharted 2 may move into 2nd.
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. My mind was made up in like half a second. And if I could get a second one, it would be A Crack in Time. And seriously, what the hect is so special about Demon Souls? It looks uninteresting to me.
