I'll make a game where you go after treasure, right? So you go after the treasure that, by some chance, a whole unit of "pirates" are going after as well. Ofcourse I will have 1 guy practically controlling these rapscallions. you get separated from your dear partner, thus inspiring you to rescue him, however something soooo funny happens, you bump into a character you met early on but get no indication how she got to you or why she's there! You now head with your new found love to save your partner, you bump into an old friend of the main characters, however you never really find out how our hero met that friend, just brief details. Now get this! about half way through your little adventure, you start to have doubts :( but don't worry! your current love interest forces you to go on, because with out you the world will be doomed! So this leaves you with some hilarious scenes of you going after the treasure before the main villan. You stumble upon some mythical beasts and eventually after defying the laws of nature! you survive, rescue your mates, and get all this treasure and you and your love interest live happily every after.
Then i'll make a sequel, never mentioning this "treasure" or what happens between you and your love interest from the first game, and to top it all off i'll make the sequel's story EXACTLY LIKE THE FIRST GAME!
And it will be praised as the best video game evar!
Someone is a bit bitter and holds a grudge towards the Uncharted series...How did you know I was talking about Uncharted?
Did the whole "sequel being the SAME THING" give it away?
You and I have clashed before on Uncharted issues and such, but look how many games reuse and repeat Resident Evil....uh oh more zombies to kill Pokemon....capture, train, fight Final Fantasy....spiky haired animations running around? Not sure, never wasted my time on those games. The list goes on and on
