There is some technical issue that the game looks blurry in 1080i but looks fine in 720p.... this is suck for me because my plasma tv only does 480p and 1080i...Â
After reading the whole IGN preview... who else thinking about getting this game?
I am very interested in this game as I only played a little of it on my 360 (before I sold the console and all of my games). If the reviews say it is at least as good as the 360 version I'll grab a copy. The review sounds very promising.
I would of but meh they took a long time to get the game out idc if they added stuff. It's same time as The Darkness and i'd rather pick that up seeing that it looks like it has some interesting gameplay than the ordinary fps stuff

Rainbow Six games have never been typical shooters. They're always extremely tactical. The delay certain has me looking into my gaming budget a little bit deeper but I think I might still pick this one up.
i almost gave up waiting for this game...but im getting excited after reading that preview.
They said it looks identical which i was very worried about because ubisofts ports simply blow. I think they learned their lesson with this game which might be why its been delay over and over and over and over.

Overall it looks the PS3 version will be just as good as the 360 version. Maybe even alittle better, with all the extra stuff that they can't talk about, but the whole 1080i resolution looking blurry is inexcusable. They're is no reason why that problem shouldn't have been fixed. Especially with all the extra time Ubisoft had with working on the PS3 version.

I had Vegas for 360 and did beat it..but this new content ( the online stuff as well ) got my attention.
Im looking at it, though its not a really desired game right now for me.

If you're on a budget you might want to wait for GRAW2 if you like that game as well. Tons of PS3 exclusive online items. I believe it's 14 maps and 2 game modes added to what was already there.Â
All I can say is that the week of the 26th is going to be gaming heaven for me. I get this game, NGS, and the Darkness. This preview makes me glad I didn't cancel my reservation for Rainbow Six.

hmm...i am on the fence with this one, that preview seems good enough but two other games coming out i'd rather get....can anybody comment on how the online was with the pc or xbox 360 version by chance? i played some of the older rainbow six games and loved them online.
Well, I was already getting this game. This news only means that I don't have to viciously kill every Ubisoft employee for messing up a game I was anticipating from them.
Faith restored in Ubisoft! I'll be getting this game. Looks as crisp as they remembered it, and the controls are exactly the same! WHOOO! And it's READY no less! FINAL COPY? Does that mean June 12 release date?
