I know I was joking, but I think the game isn't coming out until Q4. They need to build hype up and show the game off, we've barely even seen the game. They were gonna have a beta testing for this game....hasn't even been announced yet. It's not coming out anytime soon.

I agree. They've barely shown 2 minutes of gameplay, much less had any media play the game themselves to write an article. First, more footage/screens will be released, then a magazine may get some hands on time, and maybe even some news about Multiplayer (no information has been released yet). At that point, they'll spend about 6 more months polishing everything and working out the bugs. NO chance for April 2008..

whare can i find a killzone2 gameplay?

There was a podcast on another site that stated we'd probably be seeing Killzone "sooner than you'd think"... I'd hate to think Sony is thinking of rushing this game to get it out in front of some other big sellers.

That being said, April doesn't really set it off by itself... April 29 is a pretty big day in the next gen world and I don't think any game stands a chance against it. My guess would be sometime in Summer, perhaps July, to get out of the shadow of GTA and get ahead of Resistance 2...

It is understandable that Sony and Guerilla don't want to show all their cards yet. Maybe the game is further in development than we think.

I don't think we'll see this game until at least Summer, but my money is on late Q3 (September-ish) or some time in Q4. As long as there's a few weeks to a month of seperation time between Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 then it's fine. Sony, nor the developers of those games will rush such huge projects out the door before they are finished. Both titles mean too much for Sony this year, and I'm confident that we won't see either game until it's finished.

As I said, I'm sure that if both release later this year that they'll make every attempt to have several weeks or a month or so of time between releases.

Just for kicks, I predict that we'll see Killzone 2 in September, and Resistance 2 in November.

It been in production far too long so they are bringing it out sooner then we think because they want to delay it till 09 but sony doesnt want it to compete with other of its shooter like resistance 2....plus teh money is running dry
