Im confused with this recall......

Wazzup gamespot peoplez, I have a question.......I am currently at the beach, away from my ps3 (I am stealing my neighbors unsecured internet connection :D)

I left Tuesday, when the 2.40 came out, and I got about 4 trophies on SSHD before I left.

I read some info that I'm not sure about.....did Sony cancel this update or something? Will I have my trophies and stuff when I return home Sunday? I just like to stay up-to-date.....thanks a lot.

They pulled the patch because some of the PS3s were brickingakira2465

Oh.....so they are just patching it up a little so that so many ps3s wont break down......
