Well it depends on what you would rather have, a shooter with a deep narrative, or an Action RPG with a massive world and a ton to do outside the main quest.
Go with BioShock... It's an awesome game and BioShock 2 will be out later in the year. You can always pick up Fallout3 later due too the fact that we won't see the next Fallout until 2010.
both are great games, but i think you will get more bang for your buck with fallout3. im 100+ hours into my first play threw and i still have things to do and see that i have yet to do. Bioshock might have the edge in qulity though even then i would say barly. IMHO the biggest aspect of bioshock is the moody atmospher it gives me. Fallout 3 just offers such a long SP exp. sure its not perfect but its still a greatgame with TONS to see and do. and you can play it in so many deffernt ways.
Hmm thats a hard one, but I would have to say Bioshock. But if you have a 360 or PC then get Fallout 3 on one of them. But if you dont then if you have to have Fallout 3 just take in mind it is a good game but EXTREMELY inferior to the 360 and PC versions.
