Okay so I'm trying to link my PSN ID to my EA account. So I do everything right, like using the same email for both accounts and when I try to add my PSN ID persona, it says "Sorry, we can't find information about that PLAYSTATION Network Online ID

Before you can link your PLAYSTATION Network Online ID with an EA Master Account, you need to log in to any online EA game with your PLAYSTATION 3. Once that is done, check your email inbox at the address you used to sign up for your PLAYSTATION Network Online ID for an email from us describing what you need to do to link up your accounts.

Keep in mind, you may need to wait up to 24 hours for that email to appear, so be patient. Note, you can always come back to this page to re-trigger the email in case you missed it."

I didn't miss the email cuz I got it and I have a master EA account now. But when I try to add my PSN ID to my account it kept coming up with that message? Does anyone know what to do so that I'll finally link up my PSN ID to an Ea account. (I play NHL 09 and I'm trying to make an avatar)

Didn't read youre text but, 1. Go to site and make an account. 2. Click this button that says like psn id or gamertag. 3. Type in your id. 4. Should work.

I had the same problem. I went to the customer service help option on the EA website. I emailed them my problem, and they got back with me not long after. They got me up and running in no time.
