Im having issues with update 5.50. Help?

The update says you can create subfolders under Music/Photo/Video

But when I do it it comes up as having 0 songs. Anyone else tried this?

I never use it, but I just downloaded it for the satisfaction that my PSP is update.

I think that simply copying songs within the MUSIC folder wont do. Im going to try importing the music again, see if that helps. Its showing up in USB mode, which means that its there, but the system isnt reading it where its supposed to be.

Speaking of which, what format (vids) does PSP play? I want to put videos on it without PSP Max Media Manager

I can't even update mine. it keeps saying that I have the latest version. anyone know what could be wrong with it?
