Yea the PSP camara is real. Hasnt come out in teh states yet though... 

i think there should be like a 4GB hard drive...maybe a built in camera to take pics and videos...lighter and smaller...better graphics and loading times...better web browser...and some different colors to choose from.

cell processor

better graphic card

6x anti-aliasian since psp doesn't have a high resolution it has alot of jaggies to anti-alisian will help it alot

hard drive

and you can download ps1-ps2 games on it

Just two analog sticks for me.

Perhaps make it more powerful. Otherwise I think they have to keep the UMD (maybe a blu-ray umd) or some other small disc format, since most of the games on the psp would be trash if it wasn't for the UMD. 

Oh and I almost forgot, make the screen brighter. 

i honestly don't think we need a PSP2, they just need to fix up the analog stick, have a longer battery life and bring a few more colors to the states. Haven't anyone learned from the DS? It's not all about next-gen graphics. It can have 2D games for all i care, as long as they are enjoyable.

HOw about a ps2 controller with a screen on it. May be awkward to carry, and an eye sore, But you all know how good the ps2 conroller is

L2, R2, more comfortable plus right analog stick

A better graphics card, rivaling or why not surpassing the Xbox 1

Better processor clocked to 1ghz and Sony needs to run games at full cpu clock speed

A higher media space up to 8gb( maybe a mini blu-ray disc) and higher read speed

Higher flash memory, lets say 100 mb

And lastly, improved duration of battery
