2011 was a great year for console gaming.

@Mushroomwig, I don't want the ps4 to release anytime soon because what will it have that ps3 won't have? Maybe holograms or helmets that project us into the game? I just want the ps3 to stay awesome!

Now that I think about it, in 2012 I'll say that I'm broke from all of these new games I just bought.

Why are you all in a rush for PS4? PS3 is amazing an ahead of its time as is, already puts the 360 to shame. I'm in no rush to dish out hundreds of more dollars for a PS4. It can wait till 2014....don't expect it any sooner than that I hope.

I'd predict a Fall 2013 release, and if so, I'll buy one Early 2014 :)

I predict a 2013 showing for the PS4. I will get it depending on price, and what they're offering. I'm getting annoyed by the way games are going except for the possibilities of 2011. So I may stick with my ps3 for media purposes and that's about it. It all depends on how developers decide to hit my wallet. Either a series of solid games or a series of nickle and dime games.
