Infamous BLast Shard Map Help

I'm in my second playthrough and I'm using a map that supposedly has all of the blast shards. I opened the map in Paint and marking each shard I pick up. I'm still short one shard!! and yes I did go to the top of the tallest building in the historic district. Does anyone have a map that includes all of the blast shards? Have any advice on where I need to still look?

In the neon district look alongthe shore. I would start from the statues on neons side and head towards Zeks place and continue on down past the train station it might be one of 5 or 6 shards that way.

had the same problem. just circle the edges of all three islands around the piers andyoull prob find it

Is it the one on the broken north bridge? That one I kept missing because you have to actually go to where it first breaks off to find it.

lol shi... I need 4 more blast shards also, piss me off that I can't find it.

I hated this trophy. I just did it block by block, and filled in a crude map I had drawn. Never....again...The last one I found was just a random on in Neon, check block by block, it's worth it.

i also used a map and i marked all of them down and i was still short 1. for me at least, the last one was on the very edge of a broken wooden board walk. i cant reacall the city though sorry

Ya i had the same problem bout 4 months ago and im pretty sure its the same one i had trouble on. In the Neon District there is one that doesnt echo locate because its in the middle of the water, i forget near which edge but if you go along the island you should see some broken up wooden boads that are actually used to hop across far out in the water and grab you the last shard, this was the shard that got me my plat. Hope its yours too.
