You have to have the annual subscription? Crap...
The demo was awesome. I thought it would be too easy but there was quite a challenge in there. It took me a few tries to do the truck mission cause I never thought there would be so many enemies blowing stuff up and forcing me to time my dodges. However, the people's faces look flat out ugly or at least the one girl that gives you a mission.
Heres what I hope is in the final game. Stealth attacks: If I sneak up on a enemy I want to take him out in one hit. A guard button that just blocks bullets. And a throw attack.
i also have the demo. the only thing i worry about is the control... it feels kinda loose. everytime you jump near an obstacle, he imedietly climb/hang into it.
oops my badno, the annual Qore membership gets an Uncharted 2 MP code. the code for the inFamous demo should be at either Best Buy or Gamestop
oh, and yes the demo was great! much longer than i thought it would be, cant wait til the 26

I doubt it. The didn't put any effort into making realistic faces or expressions because they only have those comicbook style scenes. So the only time you see peoples faces is if you get up super close or if you'r recieveing a mission brief.

you don't have to. You can just preorder the game from Best Buy and get a demo code ;)[QUOTE="popdude"]So do we get it by pre-ordering ?yes, about a week before release, the 26th
mithrixx
Yes, you can get the early demo code by preordering from either Best Buy or Game CRAZY (not GameStop - some people got codes that were given away there accidentally, but they're no longer available; GameStop preorders just get the exclusive in-game weapon instead), and start downloading it immediately!
It's definitely worth the $5 to preorder - this is by far the best demo I've played in a long, long time. It's longer than I thought it would be too - four missions, and it took me almost an hour to get through them all on my first attempt, and that wasn't even taking any time to explore. I'll definitely play it multiple times!

Yeah, GameSpot doesn't give out the demo codes. Each store recieved them, but they were strictly for employees. The guy at my store said they used their extras to make a sale. Just my luck I get there and he doesn't have anymore. Oh well. I laid that 5 dollars on the counter anyway, cause I'm sure the game would be great and who wouldn't want a couple extra powers? Please Log In to post.
