hey ive got a package from one of the reapers and tis near a big globe fountain... ive been there before but cant remember where it is lmao pls someone help... its a pic of like a globe fountain its where u 1st got the tar in ur eyes i thinks

look on your map....it should glow in that general area.....

im pretty sure u have to climb a building thts around it and its on a balcony, just match wats around u to the picture , easy lol
