Infamous how to get to the 4th city

Would post this on the Infamous board but gamespot wont let so meh.

Anyway I found out how to get to the 4th city. Unfortunately you cant actually walk around in it because its made up of passable surfaces.

What you need to do:

1.go to the gate that takes you out of the city. stand by the gate and the metal containers.

2.keep jump at them untill you pass through.

3.start jumping across the bridge(walking just forces Cole to run back to the original city). You will meet more gates on the way, just do the same thing you did in step one.

4.once you get to the end move to the right side of the quarantine barricade and start walking, it should push you to the top of the barricade. Then you can just jump down and make your way to the 4th city.

Just something interesting to do once you finished the game.
