Insomniac Spiderman game crashes

Spiderman keeps randomly crashing on me when i try to load the game, I'm randomly getting error 34878-0. So far no crashes during gameplay however and all of my other PS4 games load and play fine so I'm sure it isn't my PlayStation 4. I also have a good internet connection and I checked to make sure that I have the latest firmware too. Anyone else having errors or crashes and know when Insomniac is releasing a patch?

Uninstall then reinstall.

@blackhairedhero: Spiderman is installed to my external hard drive, do I need to worry about my game saves being deleted if uninstall and reinstall Spiderman?
