Seriously, I think it's about time for Insomniac to inform us that a SEQUEL to RFOM is in the make!! I mean I WANT RESISTANCE 2 so BAD!! Can't imagine how good it will be! I liked the gameplay, the weapons, the story, THE ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO LAGS!! Best servers in the entire online multiplayer era! COME ON!!
They have only just set up the resistance ingame store, its going to be a while before they kick out all the content they have for this game alone, late 08' early 09' for a sequel I think.Christopper
dude what do you expect seriously, the team is working on ratchet n clank. Then, they have hinted to work on Resistance 2. I mean come on is a small company that focuses solely on one game. They will probably alternate each year/ year n a half in between games.
Also, why would they inform us when they have people freaking out like you building the hype without showing anything.
next fall...? pshh not even. Dude Resistance just recently came out and insomniac's working on r&c so how is it possible its gonna be released next fall. If their actually gonna make it a good game then there gonna take longer .... Btw yeh RFOM was underated and finally sony gets us our own sci fi shooter after like 4 years of halo fans gloating in our faces. HAHA WHAT NOW!! but Rfom 2 is gonna be the best game ever . But i think the title shud be Rroc (Resistance: rise of the chimeraor sumthing) but whats the story gonna be ? didnt the main character like murder all the chimera or sumthing at the end o.O

1) With Insomniac's track record, it will be coming out next fall. They have people working on Resistance 2 right now and now that Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction is pretty much wrapping up, most of the team will probably be re-tasked to Resistance 2. All of the Ratchet and Clank games were pretty good (except Deadlocked, I suppose). Resistance 2 will be coming out next year, don't worry.
2) Rise of the Chimera is a horrible name. No, they better not name it this.
3) If you actually payed attention to what was going on, you'd know that only the Chimera in England had been killed. Europe, Asia,and Africa are still over-run with Chimera.

There is going to be a sequel in 2008. Trust me. Insomniac makes a game every and in 2008 its going to e resistance 2

Insomniac is making Ratchet Future (Oct 23) so just wait. Resistance 2 will come very soon. Insomniac never makes you wait very long for sequels.
