INSOMNIAC's Flagship Franchise

I've played all of Insomniac's PS3 releases and I think that Ratchet and Clank is their flagship franchise. This isn't a knock against Resistance; it's praise towards Ratchet and Clank. I never played the PS2 games, but now that they've arrived on the PS3, I love the games. I think they have a sense of humor, style, and charm that very few games have. Your thoughts?

I'm amazed with the frequency of their releases BTW. Seems like they release one game every year.... which is more than most developers of similar size (Naughty Dog)

This gen, Resistance, but overall, Ratchet and Clank definitely.

I just like the Resistance games better. I played the first 3 or 4 R&C games and they were alright but I like violence.

Well...I;m saying it is my flagship title. And just because the game has been around longer does not mean its a flagship title. And Resistance 2 outsold any of the R&C games. Look it up. I'm not counting combined. I'm just going 1 on 1. It beat it.

Wow...I can't believe how overwhelmingly lopsided this poll is. I'm playing through Ratchet and Clank Future: Quest for Booty right now. Another stellar game.

Resistance is a trash wrap halo clone with the blandest textures this side of the universe. Rachet on the other hand i never played a game from that franchise same with the jak series.

R&C. Resistance isn't that great.

R&C although Resistance is getting more popular due to the mature look, R&C has been around since PS2 and all the games have been great and R&C definately showed Insomniacs creativity when it comes to weapons and humorous story lines.

Well you fail for telling my to "look it up" with out you looking it up yourself. In 5 seconds I see that resistance 2 sold 1.56 million and ratchet and clank up your arsenal sold 2.17 million. Also the question wasn't whats "your" flagship title either its which do you think and I'm showing you and all 7 people that ratchet and clank is that title. Don't even temp me to add up sales for series. You know what just forget it and click here

It's R&C for now, but it looks as though the series may be coming to an end with A Crack in Time. It'll most likely at least be taking a break for awhile. In that break I have no doubts that Resistance will take over. Fine by me.

Insomniac have been making Ratchet & Clank games for a while now so it's obvious that that should be considered their flagship series. Resistance has only been around for 2 years but R&C has been around for 7. Silent-Hal

Ratchet and Clank hands down. Every company needs a franchise and R&C is it for Insomniac. They have so many games with the franchise. Resistance only has a few and apparently not all by Insomniac.

I like both but i like Resistance more but it is still new to the game

calling spyro insomniacs flagship franchise would be like calling naughty dogs franchise crash bandicoot

yeah they have made a crash bandicoot title in long time, and there were only 1 or 2 good ones (like spyro)

whats naughty dogs flagship series for that matter....I would say uncharted, I think thats going to be around for a while because its so good
