k i have a 40gb ps3 and im getting a wireless mouse and keyboard and what im wondering is how much memory does the os take up and am i gonna have to use a wired mouse and keyboard for installing or could i use the wireless set up

10gb is what you need put into any partition you are installing any version of linux onto,
and you can use any usb mouse/keyboard.

it takes about 10 gb and you have to create a partition for it.. i dont know about the kb/m issue

I used a logitech wireless k/m set up to install linux, usb *shrugs*
