Installing YDL 6.0 on PS3 error

Hi everyone,

Im trying to install YDL on my PS3. I formatted the drive, installed other os and it booted up in Linux. I get the two penguins at the top. Then I receive the following error message:

no lease, failing install

Then it goes to kboot and the only commands it will recognize are booting back into PS3 and reboot...

Anyone else have these issues or know what could be the cause, I tried to google it and didnt get very far.

i uninstalled ydl after it scared the hell out of me and froze booting up everytime...

after scouring the net, i learned that i could force it to boot from the ps3's OS. Thank goodness too, i uninstalled YDL right away.

All i can say is that if you do get it to work, be careful activating the wireless internet. thats what messed mine up.

Mine is wireless right now, OK that may be the issue...I wanted to stream HD movies to the PS3 so I was going to network my house, maybe I'll do that first before intalling.

I am having the same prob! How did you get this fixed?! Please help.
